1. Agreement

By creating an account or using Enshryned, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

2. Who We Are

Enshryned is operated by Silvan Pachlatko, based in Switzerland. For questions, reach us at support@enshryned.com.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Enshryned. By creating an account you confirm that you meet this requirement. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13.

4. Your Account

• One account per person.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• Usernames must be 4–20 characters: lowercase letters, numbers, and underscores only.
• You can delete your account at any time through the app. Deletion is immediate and permanent.

5. Your Content

• You own the content you upload (photos, descriptions, recipes, etc.).
• By posting, you grant Enshryned a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display your content within the app and related services (e.g. promotional materials). This license ends when you delete the content or your account.
• You are responsible for having the right to upload anything you share.
• Do not repost another user's content without their permission.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to follow our Community Guidelines. Additionally:

• No automated access, scraping, or API abuse.
• No scraping or downloading of user content for AI model training, dataset creation, or any other automated purpose.
• No attempts to circumvent security or access other users' data.
• No use of the service for illegal purposes.

7. Content Moderation

We use automated tools (including image analysis) and community reporting to detect content that may violate our guidelines. Flagged content may be hidden automatically pending review. We do our best, but we are not liable for user-generated content that is posted on or passes through our platform. If you encounter content that violates our guidelines, please report it using the in-app report feature.

8. Intellectual Property

The Enshryned app—its code, design, and brand—is the property of its creator.

Third-party trademarks: Enshryned is an independent hobby tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Games Workshop, The Walt Disney Company, Hasbro, Wizards of the Coast, Asmodee, Privateer Press, or any other miniature manufacturer, game publisher, or intellectual property holder. All trademarks belong to their respective owners. User-uploaded photos of miniatures are shared at each user's own responsibility.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or our Community Guidelines, with or without notice depending on severity.

10. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Enshryned is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or permanent data preservation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Enshryned and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Switzerland.

12. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes through the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
